You are joined by a coach who will help you reflect on your experience — emotionally, relationally, spiritually, physically, financially — you choose the path. Retentionpack is the entry point for Determination Legacy's workforce improvement path — a purposefully designed survey for identifying where your workforce stands today, articulating where you want your culture to be, and determining the concrete steps toward building an organization people choose to stay in.

The process is data-informed, honest, actionable, and guided. You are joined by a coach who will help you interpret what the numbers are telling you — about trust, safety, purpose, satisfaction, advancement, and balance — you determine the priorities. You will emerge with a clear and measurable understanding of where your organization is thriving, where it is under strain, and exactly what needs to change.
